What made is more special was the fact that our guide new a lot about Brisbane's history too so as we walked he filled us in on the different types of buildings and when they were built and why! It didn't help that I was with a group of girlfriends and we were giggling all day about the ghost tour! The costume that our guide wore was very good! Really set the scene for the ghost tour."

"The staff were very patient and pleasant when I was organizing this tour with the changing numbers and extra payments that needed to be made. Every enquiry I made was responded to quickly with nothing but a pleasant and patient manner. I have never dealt with people so happy to be doing what they do. During the tour itself, the Gatekeeper and Lily were completely in character, and answered all of our questions with patience and an abundance of knowledge. You really should be proud of the staff you have ~ what a credit to your company our Gatekeeper and Lily were! Their costumes and characters were just glorious and so suited to the tour. And absolutely they were creepy ~ the way Lily would glide in that white dress between the graves was deliciously eerie, and the Gatekeeper so dark and morose ~ perfect...The whole experience was brilliant and exactly what I wanted. I had 28 people in my group and every single one of them thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you so so much for making my 30th unforgettable and everything I wanted."
