The Pancake Manor is a Brisbane institution and has been around in one form or another for more than a quarter of a century. The main dining room, originally part of the church which graced the site is said to be particularly eerie. Staff have felt cold chills in the main section of the dining room and others have seen shadows and plates have fallen down.
