To avoid missing out on your tour we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. However, if there are spaces available we can take bookings right up to the last minute - but once they are gone, they are gone!

If you are booking for a popular date such as Friday 13th, Fathers Day or Halloween we recommend booking as early as 1 month in advance.

Yes. Simply return to the Booking page and book an extra place. You will need to log in with your email address and the password emailed to you upon your first booking. Make sure you are booking the extra person for the same TIME tour as we do run 2 tours a night on some tours.

Alternatively you can contact us to add an extra person and we will take you through the steps.

The only way to reserve places on a tour is to pay for them in full.

Your group can book and pay individually. However, we cannot reserve places for your group as a whole.

For Example - Karen wants to book herself and 10 friends in on the South Brisbane Cemetery Ghost Tour next Saturday.

She Can:

Visit the Booking page to see how many spaces are currently available on that particular tour (she simply clicks the South Brisbane Cemetery Ghost Tour picture, finds her tour date and clicks any drop down box - the largest number is how many spaces are available).

Then she directs her friends to book into this tour. They each book through the Booking page and pay individually. Make sure they are booking for the same TIME tour as we do run 2 tours a night on some tours.

However, they will need to book quickly. We limit our tour numbers so once spaces are booked out we will not let anyone else on the tour. This also means you do not receive any group discount as each person is booking as an individual

To ensure ALL her friends are booked in AND receive a group discount Karen can book and pay for the entire 10 places herself then collect the payments from her friends. This guarantees Karen 11 places on her tour and gives her the group booking discount as she has booked over 10 people.

No. Ghost Tours achieved national media coverage on Channel 9's travel show "Getaway" with Australian icon and presenter Ernie Dingo when he spent the night on a Haunted Sleepover at Boggo Road Gaol in 2001. The Haunted Sleepover, which included a historic Ghost Tour and an eerie Ghost Hunt through the deserted and derelict prison, was the inspiration for tv's "Scream Test" - the sound recordist on the Getaway story took the idea back to Sydney and developed this project - unfortunately he failed to give credit to Ghost Tours or even visit Boggo Road Gaol!

Similar ideas to Ghost Tours' Haunted Sleepovers are now run at many other prisons and institutions around the world. These sites however have been adapted to allow for overnight stays.

Ghost Tours is unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately!) unable to allow overnight stays at Boggo Road Goal and other Haunted Sites visited on the tours as these sites do not meet the strict fire regulations for overnight accommodation since the laws were tightened. If you are disappointed that you missed out then tsk tsk Ghost Tours only ran them for ten years :)

There are many other haunted sites around Australia which offer the prospect of spending the night with a spirit... stay tuned to www.ghost-tours.com.au
