You are working on the Haunted Brisbane Ghost Tour in the city alone and have 3 groups booked for the tour: a group of 4, a couple on holiday and another group of 6. All of their details are noted on the tour sheet including names and contact numbers. The couple and the group of 4 are there but you are still waiting for the last group. It is 7.30pm (when the tour should depart) and there is still no sign of the other group. The first site we visit only stays open for another 1/2 hour. What do you do.
You are working at Toowong Cemetery as a Tour Assistant and your Host has not showed up. It is getting closer and closer to the time the tour is supposed to start. Another tour is scheduled to depart 1/2 hour after yours and the staff have just arrived for that tour. What do you do?
You are on your way to Host a tour and your car breaks down. The tour is due to leave in 15 minutes. What do you do?
While a Tour Assistant on the Dutton Park Cemetery Ghost Tour you encounter several young men (in their early 20's) who appear to be drinking in the grounds. They are staying away from the tour group but are yelling out insults and heckling during the ghost stories. They seem to be settling in to follow you all night. What do you do?
Now the drunks get more aggressive, they start throwing their empty cans and bottles at the tour group. One of the cans hits a client. What do you do?
You are telling a story in the middle of Toowong Cemetery and the atmosphere is just perfect - it's a very eerie night. Suddenly 6 members of the tour group scream out and point up the hill behind you. 2 of the frightened clients run off down the road you just came from and another runs off into the graves. The rest of the group are looking either apprehensive and skeptical. You have a Tour Assistant with you. Explain how you handle this situation including what you deal with first.
You are working in the office and an elderly gentleman phones up to book a ghost tour. He doesn't have any access to the internet and is reluctant to give credit card details over the phone. He also seems a bit deaf and is getting cranky with not being able to hear you properly. Explain how you handle this customer including what suggestions you might give him?
